Protein Pancakes Without Protein Powder

Pancake Batter:

  • 1 cup of rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup of cottage cheese

  • 1/2 cup of almond/oat milk

  • Dash of vanilla extract

1.Mix all together and cook batter on the stove like a normal pancake

2.Top with maple syrup or honey and enjoy!
