Hi, I’m Sabrina Espelet, and I created Strong and Soft Wellness to help women feel strong, balanced, and confident in their everyday lives. Life can be busy, stressful, and overwhelming, and I know how hard it can be to take care of yourself while juggling everything else. That’s why this space exists — to make wellness simple, approachable, and enjoyable.

Why Strong and Soft?

Psalm 84:11 says “For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor.” The character of God is abundantly loving, yet His power is fierce. As women, we are made in the image of God; we reflect His character. Femininity is toughness wrapped in a lovely package, and this is what makes us so beautiful. We are strong, and we are soft.
